PMSI supports AXIS CLC’s acquisition of Fieldway
Axis CLC, a leading national provider of essential property compliance and maintenance services, has acquired Fieldway Group Limited (“Fieldway”), a provider of specialist fire safety and compliance services.
Fieldway, founded in 1999, provides fire safety and compliance services to the public sector, with a focus on quality and customer service. The business has a strong track record of growth, deep technical expertise and well-established relationships across the social housing, healthcare and education sectors. Fieldway holds preferred supplier status on multiple national and regional fire safety procurement frameworks.
The acquisition complements and strengthens Axis CLC’s existing service offering by adding Fieldway’s strong active fire and fire risk assessment capabilities, alongside passive fire expertise. It also expands Axis CLC’s position in North West England, where Fieldway is a regional market leader with a reputation for high-quality service delivery and resulting in long-term client relationships.
The acquisition is Axis CLC’s second bolt-on acquisition following the formation of the Group in 2024.
