Encore, which is backed by Queen’s Park Equity (“QPE”), has completed the acquisition of Aspect Property Management, a London-based residential managing agent.
Aspect was founded 19 years ago by Chris Remers and James Pickering, and has since built an enviable reputation serving long-standing resident management company (“RMC”) clients, primarily across West London. Chris and James will continue to lead the Aspect team from their offices in Westminster.
QPE invested in Encore, a managing agent based in Cambridge, in March 2021. Aspect is the third significant follow-on investment made by Encore under QPE’s ownership.
PMSI provided CDD to support the transaction, conducting a customer referencing process that included the changes in regulatory environment for property management, customers’ procurement criteria, Aspect’s strengths and areas of differentiation, as well as customer views on competitors.
