TTC, a training and compliance provider, has acquired Synergie Training, an accredited education specialist.
Building on its deep experience in road safety, training and compliance, TTC is expanding its offer to include construction and infrastructure training as part of its entry into the broader Health and Safety marketplace.
This acquisition enables the move into an additional regulated training market, where compliance and learning are central to successful business operations.
It will provide an opportunity for Synergie Training – which currently operates nationally across the UK – to accelerate its growth with a nationwide parent company that truly complements its business. For TTC, it enables the expansion of its driver-related product suite to support large construction and infrastructure companies.
PMSI provided full scope buy-side CDD to support the transaction, including an assessment of the Health and Safety market with a specific focus on the construction and infrastructure end-markets, as well as analysis of the competitive landscape and a customer referencing exercise.
