Barwick Bathroom Distribution, a West Yorkshire bathroom products distributor, has secured investment from private equity firm TPA Capital.
Barwick, based in Bradford, has been acquired from John and Michael Barwick, who founded the business about 40 years ago.
The current leadership team, led by chief executive Gary Campbell, have supported the business’ growth in the brands and categories it distributes, creating a strong foundation for the future.
TPA’s investment will support Barwick as it continues to grow through expansion into new geographies, as well as increased penetration in existing markets.
