Catherine Lu
Catherine is a Partner at PMSI, leading our work across Education, Business Services, and Technology. With a career spanning top-tier consulting and executive leadership, she brings a wealth of experience in commercial due diligence and corporate strategy in both advisory and executive leadership roles. Before joining PMSI, Catherine worked for PwC Strategy and served as an Executive Board member at The University of Law, where she led Strategy and Planning for one of the UK’s largest private education providers.
Catherine holds a first-class MSci in Chemistry from Imperial College London and an MBA from London Business School.

Aditi Talwar
Aditi serves as a Director at PMSI and plays a vital role in the Education, Business Services, and Technology CDD practice. With over ten years of experience, she has advised private equity and corporate clients on mid-market transactions across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining PMSI, Aditi worked with KPMG in both London and India.
Outside of work, she is usually balancing multiple playdates and her little one’s various demands while doing her best to stay fit.

PMSI conducted sizing of the complex compliance training market, as well as forecasting the long-term impact of virtual learning. After a highly competitive process, Phoenix was successfully sold to Wilmington Plc.
