Acquisan completes the acquisition of Just Welfare to support its expansion
Acquisan has acquired Just Welfare, a provider of mobile welfare units and associated products serving customers across the South East, marking its third acquisition in under two years. The deal strengthens the position of Acquisan – a UK-wide welfare hire network backed by Westbrooke Equity Partners – in the welfare and site equipment hire market, and advances its strategy of building a nationwide platform.
