PMSI supports TPA Capital’s investment into Lysander
TPA Capital has entered into partnership with Lysander, a leading pan-European consultancy in the built environment.
Lysander provides project management, cost management, building surveying and related advisory services to enterprise clients delivering complex construction projects. The firm serves clients primarily in the industrial, logistics and data centre markets.
The investment will support Lysander’s management team in accelerating growth across its disciplines, geographies and end markets, while the founders continue to lead and grow the business.
PMSI provided VCDD to support the transaction. Our work addressed key value drivers including: an assessment of Lysander’s market positioning and competitive landscape; analysis of the UK project management and quantity surveying market, including size, growth and demand drivers; internal business analysis and a review of management’s business plan; as well as a customer referencing programme with Lysander’s key clients.
