Inspirit Capital, a specialist investor in corporate carve-outs, has acquired Converge Technology Solutions UK (“Converge UK”), a leading UK provider of sustainable IT solutions and lifecycle services.
Founded in 1991, Converge UK has built a strong reputation in the United Kingdom as a trusted provider of end-to-end technology solutions to a broad customer base across the public, private, and education sectors. Today, the business generates revenues in excess of £150m, supporting organisations throughout their digital transformation journeys, offering a full circular IT procurement model spanning hardware supply, managed services, and IT asset disposal and recycling.
